We have injection molding, compressing molding, transfer molding, and liquid injection molding capability. Custom rubber to metal bonding is also performed. Rubber profiles and tubing extrusions are supplied in custom cut lengths or in continuous lengths to meet your custom requirements. Extrusions for hot and cold spliced fabricated gaskets and gaskets with molded corners are done as well. Fabricated parts with bolt holes and slits are made to customer requirements. A wide array of rubber products, including bellows, booths and sleeves can be manufactured using either the molded, dipped, or sewn methods. In addition, reinforced rubber parts are available with or without zippers using the sewn manufacturing method.
