Our custom molded urethane products improve designs and products in all industries and can be a smart substitute for metal, plastic or conventional rubber. We can achieve a wide range of physical, mechanical, and environmental properties, including outstanding toughness, resilience, and longevity. Our work ranges from making one part from a customer-supplied sample to making thousands of OEM components. Many parts that we mold have metal inserts bonded in during molding. Parts range from one ounce to over 2,000 pounds. We mold parts by liquid casting, compression molding, transfer molding, and injection molding. We perform secondary operations such as machining, grinding, shearing, conversion through die cutting, water jet cutting, laser engraving and PSA application.
