We are a manufacture of marianted antipasto products. We are HACCP, and our products do not have any chemicals or preservatives. We have a retail pack, and Foodservice pack as well. The product has to be in refridgerated at all times, and shel life is 8 months, not opened, and 6 months opened. The product is a seafood line, from seafood mix, octopus, calamari rings, baby clams, garlic shrimp. We use a process of 48 hours marinated, with ingredients, of vinegar, canola oil, and natuaral spices, with lemon juice as well. Ready to eat.
