Our company was established in 1999 and has been supplying local and national outlets.

This year we wish to venture into the UK and European markets. Our fish are grown from hatchery seed and nursed until they are free to grow in their natural habitat. They are then harvested by dredge.

We sell mainly to French market where our oysters are sold as special es because of our high meat content.
