Our drop-shipping program is designed for companies who are internet-based, or who ship their products all over the country. Our drop-shipping program requires an annual $25 set-up fee, which enables us to replace our logo and contact information with yours on all of the inserts and fliers. All orders go out within 48 hours of receipt. We insulate our packages from May 1st to October 1st, or when the destination city is warmer than 70 degrees F. This will ensure that the bouquets will get to their destination without melting. If you receive your package and the chocolates have melted and deformed, then contact us and we will make arrangements for you to ship us the old bouquet and for us to ship you a new one.
