The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within three to five business days of order placement. Some items are hand-crafted and require 2-6 weeks for production time. For most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any circumstances.
