NITRO ENERGY DRINK is a brand of NITRO DISTRIBUTION PTY LTD.

NITRO has always had an aggressive but solid approach to business and therefore the future
growth of NITRO ENERGY DRINK will be no different. Our plans for 2009 encompass the roll out of Asia, UK and numerous countries throughout the EU.

International Headquarters are based in Queensland, AUSTRALIA. This 3000 sqm site houses both the Administration, Sales & Marketing and Warehouse & National distribution facilities.

TARGET MARKET - The majority of the energy drink category, primarily targets 18-35 year olds. However, through our well researched recipe and taste comparisons NITRO ENERGY DRINK now appeals to people well outside that target market.

In fact, people in their 30's, 40's and even 50's are enjoying NITRO. Busy people who are on the go are our main target, whether they are looking for an afternoon pick me up, get through the study cram session, pulling an all nighter or just to get through the day or from point A to point B.

NITRO ENERGY DRINK contains TAURINE & CAFFEINE, so we do not market to children, pregnant or lactating women or caffeine sensitive people.
However, our new range of Caffeine FREE & SUGAR FREE beverages will be a welcomed proposition for the health conscious.

MARKET POSITION & FUTURE GROWTH

As NITRO ENERGY DRINK has only been in the AUS market for a little under 12 months, we have been very aggressive thus far in our roll out & are looking forward to the determination of our market gain in 2009 through AC Nielsen's, SCANTRACK.

It is our goal to have a credible 15% market share by the end of 2009. Not bad for the new kid on the block. This strategy is in line with our company motto – GO HARD OR GO HOME. The Energy
drink market is dominated by RED BULL.

NITRO has also launched our new 500ML can in February 2009 and will be launching a Sugar Free version soon. Not to mention other innovative products that will compliment our existing range.

CONSUMER RESPONSE

On the 20th March 2009 in Sydney AUSTRALIA, a blind taste test was conducted by independent auditor AUSPOLL. The results were astounding.

Red Bull finished in 3rd place with only 22% of the vote, V stumbled into 2nd place with 36% of the vote and in 1st place with a convincing performance worthy of all things truly Australian was NITRO ENERGY DRINK with a whopping 42% of the vote. NITRO ENERGY DRINK has built its brand, product and business based on this understanding to appeal to consumer in an engaging and compelling way.

Over 12 months ago, during the developmental stages of NITRO ENERGY DRINK, the brand and the product were subjected to multiple research groups. Both turned up trumps.

The clear intention for the NITRO team is to deliver a product that not only tastes and looks great but that can deliver a WIN-WIN for all involved.

Both the retail and wholesale price point & margin will deliver a better result than any other product in the category. Therefore assuming NITRO can drive effective off take rates, the economicshave the potential to be significant. We believe that NITRO ENERGY DRINK can offer the most commercially viable option and long term successful energy drink partnership.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION

In March 2009, NITRO ENERGY DRINK announced a multi million $$ 3 year Naming Rights Sponsorship deal with IMG & SUPERGP (formerly Indy). This event, is now known as the NITRO SuperGP.

In June, we have also just announced our exclusive sponsorship of MOTO GP champion Casey Stoner.
