Our company is a privately held corporation that began producing soap and candle making supplies since 1996. Most orders ship within 24 hours. During holiday seasons, expect 48-72 hours to process the order. We do not have a minimum order amount and all orders are welcomed. We do not accept returns on fragrance, flavor and/or essential oils. Our business hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9am to 5pm EST, Friday from 9am to 3pm EST, and closed on most holidays.
