Shipping and handling for all our items does include insurance. We ship UPS ground for all orders being sent to a street address, and we do prefer if you have your items shipped to a street address. We ship USPS for all items being sent to a P.O box, APO, or FPO address. You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs and there will be no restocking fee.
