Any product found to be defective may be returned for replacement. All of our wholesale products come in their own prepackaged cartons, manufacturers see thru packaging or counter top display units. Most of our products are contained in packaging which is suitable for window and/or shelf display. As a licensed and certified wholesale distributor of general merchandise, jewelry and tools, we do not sell damaged, slightly damaged, factory defects, secondhand or customer returned items.
