Our company is a privately owned and managed company since 1997 that services both the foodservice and retail markets with premium quality hors d oeuvres, entrees and custom food products. We are a U.S.D.A. and F.D.A. inspected and certified food manufacturing facility that is fully HACCP compliant. The U.S.D.A. regulates all meat and poultry production, while the FDA regulates production of seafood on a daily basis in our facility. Our facility is also inspected annually by several independent food safety audit companies such as NSF International. Overnight air and frozen freight trucking is available.
