Any jewelry piece which requires ring sizing will leave our store after 4 business days. If you have requested a different gemstone or a different size gemstone than what is pictured on our site, we will need 4 business days to complete this request. The majority of our orders leave on the 5th business day after placing your order. We will refund your purchase price within the first 15 days after your purchase if you are not satisfied in any way at all.
