Shipping, Returns and Exchanges.

Company reserves the right to set the terms of all shipments on a per order basis.

Ship all deliveries insured on the carrier of its choosing, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Company expects total customer satisfaction. If after 7 days you are not satisfied with your purchase will accept your return NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

The costs of shipping all returns will be the sole responsibility of the customer and in the event of a return; actual shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.

All returns must be packaged exactly in the manner in which they were received and must be shipped with insurance.

A 15 percent restocking fee (based on the price of the item minus shipping to the customer) will be charged to the customer for returns not related to receipt of damaged items.
