We were founded in 1983 to produce domestic furniture to the retail sector. The company started trading in Sturminster Newton and in 1985 it expanded into kitchens and bathrooms to take advantage of the growth opportunities in these complimentary niche sectors of the market. The company became incorporated in 1986. In 1988 the company identified an opportunity to produce furniture for local schools. Due to its overwhelming success the company diversified into this new market and soon produced furniture for other schools in the surrounding areas.
