We were originally founded in 1882 in Holborn, North London. We have 92 staff members that produce over 600 fresh product lines daily. Our production lines operate 364 out of 365 days of the year. Our factory puts out 12,000 rolls, and 2,000 loaves of bread per hour, every hour. Our administration is completely computerized, with efficient order processing, sales ledger controls, and E.D.I. capability links. Our range of bread rolls and cakes is extensive, and not only is produced ambient at a size to suit, but is available part baked, frozen and can be individually wrapped and labelled, or boxed to suit your requirements.
