We specialise in the wholesale supply of freshly baked bread, pies and cakes six days a week to shops, stores, hotels and restaurants in Northumberland, Durham, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria and the Scottish Borders. Our product range includes loaves, rolls, baguettes, iced buns, tea cakes, scones, plate pies and individual pies, both savoury and fruit, and flans, quiches, cakes and traybakes. We started in 1982 as one shop with a bakery behind the shop. Subsequently, a van delivered bread to farms and houses in the remoter Northumberland valleys. Further shops were added and in 1989 the bakery moved to separate premises because of the increased demands. Currently we supply over 150 outlets in the northern counties and Scottish Borders.
