Landscape and the natural world have been her inspiration for as long as she can remember. Her work is intimate and personal, reflecting the relationship to her close environment. Her recent work is informed by the mountains of Skye and the rugged Hebridean coastline. Stitched words and images record concerns for the environment, its fragility, history and protection.
