The designer grew up in Chilwell, Nottingham, and moved to Barnsley in 1996 where she attended Barnsley College for two years on a HND in Craft Design. She then went on to University in Sunderland where she studied for her BA (Hons) in Arts and Design. Since graduating she has been experimenting with Jewellery and found a love for mark making on wood.
