We are an online wholesale butcher who specialise in grass-fed, traditionally matured beef and lamb, reared by farmers who care about their animals.

Our full range of gourmet meat products includes: grass fed, traditionally matured beef and lamb, complete range of gourmet steaks, fillet, sirloin, rib eye and rump, free range poultry, wild venison, game birds and hare, RSPCA accredited salmon, wild sea fish, Scottish scallops and langoustines, smoked fish, RSPCA accredited pork, sausages and burgers, welfare kind veal, gourmet meals and accompaniments, hand made by chefs.

Our opening hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm. We use national couriers to deliver your order, which is securely packed in our pioneering chilled boxes. We also offer a professional freezing service at no extra charge to ensure your meat arrives in the best possible condition. We can deliver your order on any day that suits you, from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive (Saturday delivery incurs a £5 surcharge).

Your order will be delivered any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the day that you have specified.
