Founded in 1974, we are specialists in meat and lamb products. In twenty six years of trading, we have become synonymous with quality, consistency and originality. We have a large refrigerated warehouse and we fully comply with HACCP, the government regulated hygiene programme, and are also member of MLC and ABM, which are control bodies of the meat industry. There is within the catering trade a need for precision preparation and portioned meat. In order to meet these demands we enjoy over 34 staff and are able to offer a fully comprehensive service from individually tailored orders to match clients specifications and requirements from our product lines of over a thousand items, through to preparation and delivery by our fully refrigerated vehicles. Whilst we have always enjoyed a local client base, it was with the introduction of a sales department that our company began to expand. We now supply many of the top Restaurants and Hotels in and around the M25.'
