We market top quality beef, lamb and pork meats that have been born, bred and reared naturally within our region. We look after our cattle in the old fashioned way. The cattle are bred from beef breeds cows and mated with pure bred beef bulls to produce marbled meats thus offering better cooking quality and flavours. All animals are single suckled and graze with their mothers, and mature slowly, again ensuring the meat has an ideal texture. All winter feeds are based on natural and healthy diets, excluding undesirable feeds. Experienced farmers care for their animals to the highest standards of welfare, ensuring that they live in a stress free environment.
