We are a small smokehouse situated in the Outer Hebrides, producing premium quality, critically acclaimed and multi-award winning peat smoked salmon, sea trout and scallops. To make smoked salmon and seatrout of this quality we prepare and smoke only in small batches relying on traditional methods and skills throughout production including hand-slicing for our packets of slices and sliced whole sides.
