We started out as a quality fish retailer in Hertfordshire and re-located to Erith in 2007, where the company has become mainly a wholesaler to the catering industry serving convenience stores and mini-markets with fresh and frozen fish. We can supply almost all type of fish from sea bass or skate to monk fish or salmon to scallops or mussels. We can prepare to your specific requirements. All deliveres are carried out using temperature controlled vehicles. All our staff have Basic Food Hygiene Certificates, and we adhere to current British and European Legislation with regard to the safe handling, preparation and storage of fish and shellfish.
