We were established in 1850. The business specialised in the manufacture of mattresses, which at that time were solely dependent on straw as a filling. In 1945 we expanded the bedding side by manufacturing and introducing sprung mattresses and divans. We then introduced curtain making. It was only a matter of time before the company decided to expand further, this time into the distribution of curtain tapes and other complementary lines.
