Established for over 25 years, we are an independently owned company processing beef for meat wholesalers, manufacturers and caterers. From our modern EC approved factory, we employ 50 people and process in excess of 200 tons of beef per week. All meat shipped by our company has full traceability backed by the Ministry of Agriculture Beef Labelling Scheme, of which we are a member. We specialize in producing vacuum-packed beef that is matured for at least 10 days to further enhance the eating quality and flavour.
