Creators of Wensleydale with cranberries and Wallace and Gromit Wensleydale, we are also specialists in the manufacture and maturing of English traditional cheese including Red Leicester, Double Gloucester and Sage Derby.

With many years experience we are experts in the production and waxing of mini cheeses, blending and flavoured cheeses, as well as in the natural smoking of cheese particularly oak smoked Cheddar, smoked mozzarella and our own Wensleydale.
