From origins in the industrial minerals industry in 1913, the companys activities now extend from cementitious materials to cosmetic materials to desiccants. We operate from our main site in Winsford, Cheshire with a second site located at Ellesmere Port, directly beside the river Mersey. At the Winsford site there are extensive powder handling and processing facilities. Many of the individual units are dedicated to continuous bulk long run products, but the company also has smaller scale batch and pilot plant facilities.
