At our purpose built bakery in Peterborough, we produce Millions of bagels a week, in a multitude of sizes and flavours, for both trade and retail customers, large or small. We only produce bagels, and pride ourselves on the quality of our products. This dedicated production, high quality ingredients and the strictest controls ensure the quality of the finished bagels. We produce organic bagels and are accredited to carry out this production by the Soil Association.
