We were founded in 1988 and are a winner of the national Continental Patisserie of the Year award. Until recently we have concentrated on supplying the catering market in East Anglia with our extensive range of chilled desserts. We are well known for the quality of our products, and the flexibility and reliability of our service. We have now constructed a new air-conditioned factory which allows us to manufacture high-quality chilled and frozen desserts for the international dessert market.
