We were founded in 1974, and employ locally, over 170 people. We have two production sites, based in Aberdeen and Fraserburgh, both producing in excess of 80 tonnes of finished product per week. Both sites are close to local sources of supply. We pride ourselves in being able to offer a comprehensive range of smoked fish products, from kippers to smoked salmon. Whilst the product range is extensive and varied, they are all produced to the exacting standard demanded by todays consumer. In this context, we are always prepared to discuss and adapt to customer's particular needs, whether that be for own label packs, or the development of new, value added products.
