Our Food Group has over a hundred years experience in the production of a range of quality meat and delicatessen products. In 1885 we opened a small Butchers shop in the Scottish Borders, curing all our own bacon and distributing our products by horse and cart throughout Lanarkshire and its environs. Business flourished and two further traditional factory units were opened to satisfy growing regional demand. From these humble beginnings the Group now produces a whole range of products, which are as unique and distinctive in flavour and character as those in 1885.
