Our owner trained as a restorer so that she could repair antique dolls and teddy bears and that eventually led to her being introduced to the wonderful world of contemporary bear making. Nowadays, although we still make vintage style bears from time to time, the style has changed dramatically, following the discovery of a method for direct sculpting onto the head of a bear, in order to create noses, eyelids, and even full muzzles. We have also received several awards and nominations for a range of tiny bears.
