Our founder has been sewing since making dolls clothes aged about 5, and making teddy bears for about 8 years, originally just friends using bought patterns. After using her own designs, she was pleased to find that people were happy to buy them. The bears are made using a Jones hand sewing machine that belonged to her Grandmother and dates from the Edwardian era.
