Our company was founded in 1976 to revive the art of enamelling which started in Staffordshire in 1741.

Boxes of that era were used for carrying snuff, sweets and beauty spots. 18th century courting couples made them popular as gifts.

By the middle of the 19th century the enamelling industry had died out due to the increase of mass produced products resulting from the industrial revolution.

Nearly 150 years later the art of decorative enamelling was revived by our company who adhere to the original decorative traditions and processes of the 1750s.

Each box is individually hand painted at our factory in Staffordshire and then assembled with usually a gilt bezel to join lid to base.

All our products are supplied with a presentation case and are shipped to all parts of the world.
