How do we work?

We will lead you through the process all the way. Tell us what you are looking for and through our offices in the UK and China we will carry out an initial supply chain search free of charge.

Once we find a possible supplier we help you prepare specifications and samples, establish quantities, colour-ways, size grading etc and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

We negotiate price with the manufacturers on your behalf and make it clear what the additional costs of shipping, documentation, any import duties and our commission are likely to be.

We help you send THE specifications, details and samples to China and arrange for the manufacturer to make their samples in return. Once price, quantities, delivery times and samples are established we set these as standards to which the whole operation is then measured.

The Chinese manufacturer usually requires a deposit and then they get on with the work.

We monitor the progress of orders and assists with quality control. Once the goods are ready to ship we will arrange the shipping and export documentation.

At this stage the UK client is expected to pay the balance of monies owed or set upper a letter of credit. With our support and scrutiny the UK client can feel completely safe in the knowledge that everything will be over and above board and are at no risk of default.

Production times are normally very fast in China so by the time the goods have been shipped to the UK it may have taken no longer than ordering from normal UK sources.

Once the goods arrive in the UK they will then normally delivered directly to your door.

We can arrange dedicated 'trade missions' for individual clients making sure that your time in China is spent on exactly what you need and want to achieve. We can assist with visas also arrange some tourism if you want!

We can act as your eyes and ears and whether you are buying or selling we can represent you in China. In addition to our permanent staff senior managers travel to China every month. For them to carry out specific tasks or even accompany you one-on-one, our manager's time in country can be booked on a pre-determined fee basis.
