We produce high quality coiled suspension springs in small batch sizes, from 1 off, guaranteed not to set, accurate on design rate to +/- 2.5%, is the type of work we specialise in. Using -735A50 chrome vanadium and silicon chrome 635A55 (cold coiled), the springs are formed to dimensional tolerances within BS1726 Class A. The complete range of heat treatment processes i.e. hardening, quenching and tempering, are all digitally controlled to ensure the correct hardness is achieved. Full shot peening, pre-setting and load testing ensure a long and fatigue free life. We offer a wide range of powder coated gloss colours for a more attractive finish.
