Incorporated in 1986 we are recognized as a supplier of primarily French ambient specialist foods to catering wholesalers in the South East and to the delicatessen sector including the prestige London Stores Food Halls. The business expanded into the supply of ingredients to many new and long established food manufacturers following the growing consumer demand for ready-meals, added value meat products and sauces particularly in the ethnic sector. The previous range of canned French vegetables, truffles, escargots, foie gras, gelatins and chestnuts, many of which are still on the price list today, gave way to purees of fresh garlic, peppercorns, ginger, herbs in oil, thai sauces, mustards and even snack foods from America. ISO 9002 Accreditation was gained in 1993.
