Hot and Cold Neck and Neck Wrap - Heat therapy provides a deep penetrating soothing treatment in hot or cold weather. Relaxing healing comes with the warmth of a blend of herbs including lavender.

Hot Aromatherapy:

Heat for 2-3 minutes in microwave in 30 second increments. Check the temperature for the desired heat. Gently move the filling from side to side to spread it evenly

Caution: Do not overheat!

Cold Aromatherapy:

Place the neck pad in a sealed plastic bag. Freeze the neck wrap for 1-2 hours

Once the wrap has been heated or cooled, it is ready to be applied. Place the pad over your shoulders and lift the collar around the back of your neck. Lean back and relax as the pad soothes you.
