The Smeg SJF01PBEU auger juicer is made of Ultem™ (a thermoplastic that combines excellent thermal properties, exceptional dimensional stability and good chemical resistance). The inner juice and pulp containers are made of Tritan™, 2 stainless steel sieves - fine and coarse, a Tritan spout with anti-drip protection, a stainless steel on/off lever. The transparent, Tritan spout has a valve that allows you to immediately stop the flow of pressed juice. The 0.5 l inner juice container is equipped with 4 removable, rotating silicone brushes that prevent any deposits from clogging the juice outlet. It is transparent and has a line marked every 50 ml, so you can easily check the amount and density of juice in the container. The reversible, induction motor with a power input of 150 W works quietly and reliably with a slow speed of 43 rpm. Thanks to the Reverse function, it is possible to turn on reverse rotation and thus possibly release pieces of pulp clogged in the screw press.
