The company had initiated business activities in 1993 as the wholesale distributor focused exclusively on the export of handcrafts and home furnishings. Continued growth and diversification of the company in the following years required a larger and more efficient facility.

In 2000, an additional warehouse structure adjoining the initial building was erected to accommodate the company continued growth and expansion. This was quickly followed by the construction of an additional two story office and showroom complex which opened in late 2001.

The newest building is equipped with the most modern technological features reflecting the company integration of technology into its daily operations and its entry into hardware distribution, software development and IT services.
