I am looking to buy tablet pc's that have phone call capabilities preferably 7 inch but if price is right then might also be interested in bigger screen size.

Installed memory (Ram) of at least 1GB and Windows 8 operating system preferred but will settle for Android 4.0 and up with at least 512 MB of (Ram) or more depending on pricing.

Also interested in eReaders.
