I am looking for suppliers of pre-cut mat boards. I need inexpensive 8 by 10 and 11 by 14 inches. I was thinking about finding it in China or Korea. Walmart sells a 50pack of 8 by 10 inches for under 30 dollars, but I am in Canada and they don't have it here.
