I have many influences: the colours and textures of North Wales, the Saddleworth landscape, natural objects, ancient jewellery, and the remnants of Oldhams industrial past. My most recent work is inspired by personal experience and emotions. I work instinctively using basic techniques and the versatile effects of the flame.
