We began baking our range of cakes, pasties, pies, tarts and breads due to our founder having coeliac disease, and therefore being aware of the difficulties eating out and grabbing food on the run. We experimented with countless recipes, which we constantly adapt and refine. We produce our products in a dedicated gluten free unit so there is no risk of cross contamination from other products. By providing freshly baked wheat, gluten and dairy free products to cafes, delis and health food shops, we aim to provide a diverse, practical and above all tasty solution.
