Formed as a partnership in 1975 we originally supplied to the retail trade with quality bacon, ham and other meat products. In 1985, the company moved to a new purpose built, multi-temperature facility to concentrate on the full time production of slicing, packaging and manufacturing traditionally cooked, hams. Cures are continually developed and reviewed to ensure optimum quality, flavour and textures. We like to consider our development ideas are always ahead of the game - for example we reduced salt levels in our products as early as 1986.
