Our company was established over 100 years ago, and specialises in the production and wholesale distribution of quality bakery products including cakes and biscuits.

In 1988 Lewis Maclean won the National Trophy for Bread Baker of the Year, which was followed by the Scottish Family Baker of the Year title, then runner up in the National competition. The premier title of Independant Baker of the Year 1993 was awarded to Margaret Maclean who was also elected the first lady president of the Scottish Association of Master Bakers.
