The company began trading from Speen in Bucks with a solid core of good quality agencies specialising in the supply of raw materials to the food and drinks industries in the UK and mainland Europe from origins such as South Africa, Italy, Spain, Israel, Costa Rica, Honduras, France, Australia, Scandinavia, South America and Benelux. In 1987 the Company moved to offices in High Wycombe and then, in January 1992, to their current modern freehold offices in Chesham. The Company was formed as a family company in 1983 by Chairman, Peter Dudley and his brother Alan, who had previously both been directors of another large produce importer specialising largely in the supply of fruit concentrates and pulps.
