I am starting out as a wholesaler and I am wanting to start with mobile phones, please can you suggest a good make and model to buy off you?

My starting out budget is £400 to buy stock, I am looking to buy some cheap phones but I understand that you need to buy in quantity for cheap prices, is £400 enough?
