I am initially looking for expressions of interest from websites development companies who can help design, develop, test and host new websites.

The website in question will need a simple registration process after which the user will be asked to subscribe to a service type which will drive 3 sets of features Gold, Silver Bronze, each of which will be charged at a fixed cost e.g. £10, £20, £30.

After the user confirmed the service type and features, I am then looking to take payment using a standard card payment engine, after which the user will then get confirmation by email.

The key is this :

- The user will be issued with an email confirming the order.
- The user will be separately issued with a link or similar, that confirms the name of their web page or extension.
- The user can then go to the webpage, login in securely and then add content based on the feature ordered i.e. Gold, Silver or Bronze.
- Once the content is update the user can then make available live on the internet or save it for future use.
- The user needs to be able to come back and update the content as and when required.

Separately, there is also a need for a homepage that relates to the specific business I am aiming to launch. I anticipate the usual types of pages e.g. About Us, Contact Us, Terms and Conditions, Data protection and Privacy. The main features on the home page is Registration mentioned earlier and a demo of what type of web pages are being sold.

The features of the Gold, Silver and Bronze features are expected to be standard across each so depending on what is ordered by the user, will determine which standard webpage template they receive.

I am keen to know what you see as the simplest and quickest way of dynamically creating web pages, that can then be administrated by a unique user who owns that page.

After I have received expressions of interest I will contact you and decide on a short list who will then receive a more detailed specification.
