We are a manufacturer of a broad range of standard and custom parts produced from strip metal, wire, and tube. We began by producing leaf springs for buggies and harrows teeth. We now produce full lines of expansion plugs, spring tension washers, hair pin cotters, as well as custom stampings, slide formed components, wire forms, and all types of springs. We stock a broad range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. All tooling is designed and built in house. We conduct many secondary production processes in house: heat treat, mechanical zinc plating, welding, tapping, assembly, vibratory and ultrasonic cleaning and de-burring. We also straighten, cut and form tubing in automatic processes. We are a versatile manufacturer with knowledge of a broad range of metal forming and related processes.
